All names in the interviews are pseudonyms. Data were collected using individual, semi-structured interviews with 14 participants. The sample was recruited purposively to ensure access to the desired data (i.e., the phenomenon of interest). Participant criteria as well as a semi-structured interview guide were designed. Each interview lasted between 1.5 and 2 hrs and was audio recorded, transcribed verbatim, anonymised by using pseudonyms and subsequently analysed. This dataset includes all 14 transcripts in MS Word format.
