This directory contains the raw and some of the initially cleaned data files for the US cities: Los Angeles, New York and Portland (crime, socio-economic and shapefile data). They feed into the code in the corresponding directories in THESIS_CODE.zip. As the data source is dynamic, these are stored to preserve them as they were originally accessed and used to produce the aggregated data that were input to the different algorithms in the thesis, producing the results found therein.
