    <abstract>This dataset contains participant demographic, physical activity, dietary intake, health marker and cognitive determinants of behaviour data in connection with a trial of an intervention to promote physical activity and healthy eating. Both control and intervention group participants are included and data is provided for each of the three assessment points: baseline, 6 weeks (mid-trial) and 12-weeks (end of trial).</abstract>
