KE: 2025-01-29: Researcher changed their mind on access conditions as the PIS states, "If you give your consent, it may be used by other researchers, with the University of Bath’s’ approval, under the strict rules governing the confidentiality of your information." IMO, the consent form does not disallow this, although the PIS is clearer.
In corresponding with Amy, they are happy for RDS to approve requests. Prior to providing access, an emphasis should be put on confidentiality.
