An Energetiq EQ-99X laser-driven white light source and ANDO Optical Spectrum Analyser were used, with SMF28-e and AFS50/125Y fibres used for coupling.

A DMK 23U445 monochrome camera was used for the near field images. The scripts were run using MATLAB. Images are in TIFF and PNG formats.
