It includes the survey used to collect the data (Appendix A), the responses collected from the survey (Appendix B), and subsequent analysis carried out on the survey data to generate a set of scores for the buildings. The sample was focused on – but not restricted to – office buildings. It was aimed to get responses from a range of building heights, from low to high rise. The survey was distributed by sending to people known to the authors. Surveys were completed by one respondent on behalf of all building users. 75 complete responses were received. An introduction to the data is given on the cover page of Appendix B and Appendix C. The survey response data (Appendix B) is ordered in the same order as the questions in the survey. The buildings score data (Appendix C) is calculated according to the procedure explained in the associated manuscript.
