Fig3_devicecutback_* is the data that produce the loss spectrum for the
device.
Fig3_devicecutback_devicedata.CSV are OSA transmission spectra across the device
Fig3_devicecutback_cutbackdata.CSV are OSA transmission spectra after cutting
back to the intput fibre of the device

Fig3_fibrecutbackdata.CSV includes all the data that are used to produce the
loss spectra of a fibre segment.
