These are the experimental data
The columns are:
t - the time value in nanoseconds
Det1 - the value at detector 1 in arbitrary units
Det2 - the value at detector 1 in arbitrary units

3_CWspectrum_exper.csv file contains the experimental transmission spectrum and phase shifts for the control ON and OFF
The columns are:
freq_off - frequency (horizontal) axis for the tranmssion values with control
off
T_off - the transmission value with control off for corresponding frequency
freq_on - frequency (horizontal) axis for the tranmssion values with control on
T_off - the transmission value with control on for corresponding frequency
freq_PS - frequency (horizontal) axis for the phase shift
PS - the phase shift for corresponding frequency
PSerr - the calculated error in this phase shift
