4_pulsedexper.csv contains the experimental data that were taken during the
experiment with the pulsed signal laser.

The columns are:

toff - the time (horizontal) axis with the control laser off
Det2off - the detector 2 signal with the control laser off in arbitrary units
Det1off - the detector 1 signal with the control laser off in arbitrary units
ton - the time (horizontal) axis with the control laser on
Det2on - the detector 2 signal with the control laser on in arbitrary units
Det1on - the detector 1 signal with the control laser on in arbitrary units
