Data are organised by /figure/subfigure/ and also .../inset/ where appropriate.

Data for line / scatter plots are .csv (comma separated value) files, where the first line defines the column headers (parameter and unit).

Data for 2D scans (i.e. figures 3, 4 and 5) are .csv files with N rows and M columns (where there are N x M pixels). Each cell (e.g. cell i,j) contains the frequency shift '\Delta f' in units of kHz for that pixel, where '\Delta f' is the shift compared to the median of the frame.

The scans in figures 3 and 4 have dimensions 2 um x 2 um . The scans in figure 5 have dimensions 3 um x 3 um .
