Coupling_Coefficients
Simulated coupling coefficients data for both structures.
D200nm, L1000nm folders for the two examined structures respectively.
Within each folder, 'left' and 'right' subfolders contain mode coupling coefficient data for left- and right-handed forms of the structures.
left_coupling_cd.txt and right_coupling_cd.txt contain the calculated CD in total coupling strength as a function of structure dimensions.
plot.m contains the MatLab code for plotting the coupling CD.

Linear_Reflection_Simulations
Simulated linear reflection spectra.
COMSOL and FDTD folders contain the simulation source files for the COMSOL Multiphysics and Lumerical FDTD Solutions simulations respectively.
Key data obtained from the simulations is included in results.xlsx

SHG_Microscopy
Experimentally obtained multi-photon microscopy images.
D200nm, L1000nm folders for the two examined structures respectively.
Within each folder, all obtained multiphoton microscopy images are included.

Left half of the image contains the greyscale multiphoton microscopy data.

Image filename key:
W: Nanostripe width in nm
L: Nanostripe length in nm
pct: Microscope laser power (percent)
800nm: Pump wavelength
avg: Images averaged to obtain filename
filter: Filter wavelength range in nm
LCP/RCP: Polarization of pump light

For each structure, data.csv contains the obtained CD and uncertainties obtained from the images.
