Coupling_Coefficients Simulated coupling coefficients data for both structures. D200nm, L1000nm folders for the two examined structures respectively. Within each folder, 'left' and 'right' subfolders contain mode coupling coefficient data for left- and right-handed forms of the structures. left_coupling_cd.txt and right_coupling_cd.txt contain the calculated CD in total coupling strength as a function of structure dimensions. plot.m contains the MatLab code for plotting the coupling CD. Linear_Reflection_Simulations Simulated linear reflection spectra. COMSOL and FDTD folders contain the simulation source files for the COMSOL Multiphysics and Lumerical FDTD Solutions simulations respectively. Key data obtained from the simulations is included in results.xlsx SHG_Microscopy Experimentally obtained multi-photon microscopy images.
