SHG Raw data obtained from the SHG Optical Rotation experimental setup. Subfolder 'LH' and 'RH' correspond to data for left- and right-handed nanohelix structures respectively. Each file gives data for a particular incident polarization angle, with each row giving the analyzer angle and number of detected counts per second (separated by a tab character). MICROSCOPY Microscopy images (in CZI format, with XML metadata) of the right-handed (RH) nanohelix structures for different polarizer-analyzer configurations. First angle in file name describes the incident polarization angle. Second angle in file name describes the analyzer angle. SPECTROSCOPY Spectra of right-handed (RH) nanohelix structures obtained in a crossed-polarizer configuration. The angle in each file name describes the angle of sample rotation between the crossed-polarizers. 'MIRROR_BF_2POL_UNCROSSED_QEP004841_16-30-43-403' is the bright-reference spectrum (no sample) characterizing the spectrum of the light source, used to obtain the relative spectra given in the TI_540A data files. All relevant spectrometer parameters, including integration time, are given in the top rows of each data file.
