This folder contains all diffraction data for K-L, given as .xye, .gss and .nxs files ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ PEARL Data : Time of flight (ToF), powder neutron diffraction data collected using the PEARL instrument at the ISIS facility, Rutherford Appleton Labs, Didcot, UK. K-L_Fluorinert - High-pressure data collected at pressures of 0.19, 0.45, 0.91, 1.31, 1.71, 2.74 and 4.15 GPa using Fluorinert as a non-penetrating (PTM). Dehydrated K-L samples were loaded into a null-scattering TiZr gasket with a pellet of lead as a pressure marker in a dry, argon glovebox. Samples were compressed using the Paris–Edinburgh cell equipped with single-toroidal, zirconia-toughened alumina (ZTA) anvils. Pressures in GPa were obtained from the equation of state (EoS) for lead K-L_MethEth - High-pressure data collected at pressures of 0.29, 0.58, 1.13, 1.93, 2.89 and 3.32 GPa using a 4 : 1 mixture of perdeuterated methanol and ethanol (m.e.) as a penetrating PTM . Pressures in GPa were obtained from the equation of state (EoS) for lead. VanCan Data - Data collected at ambient pressures, with and without Meth:Eth, i.e. K-L with filled and empty channels. For ambient pressure measurements, dehydrated zeolite powders were placed in sealed, null-scattering vanadium canisters. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- POLARIS Data : Ambient powder neutron data collected using the POLARIS instrument at the ISIS facility across the entire d-spacing range from 0.2 to 20 Å using all 5 available detector banks. Dehydrated zeolite powders were placed in sealed, null-scattering vanadium canisters. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PXRD Data : Powder x-ray data collected at ambient pressure on a STOE STADI P powder diffractometer using Cu Kalpha-1 (1.54060 Å) radiation in transmission geometry with a curved Ge (111) monochromator and a multi-MYHTEN detector.. The as-synthesised (hydrated) zeolite powders were lightly ground using a pestle and mortar. Data were collected for 10 minutes over a 2theta scan range from 2.00 to 75.365 degrees, with a step size of 0.015 degrees. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
