Dataset for "The Effectiveness and Mechanisms of Action of App-based Interventions for Improving Mental Health and Workplace Well-Being: Randomized Controlled Trial"

These files contain the cleaned dataset for the associated paper (available open access), the associated R code and data dictionary.

This study set out to investigate the effectiveness of app-based interventions (executive function or CBT-based) in reducing depressive and anxious symptoms, and improving workplace wellbeing. The study also sought to determine whether changes in executive functioning mediated improvements.
