Degradation of a β-O-4 model lignin species by vanadium Schiff-base catalysts: influence of catalyst structure and reaction conditions on activity and selectivity
The paper describes a way methodology for the depolymerisation of lignin (wood) and the uploaded data is the methodology that we used to generate the data in the presented in the paper.
The data uploaded is the raw data so that the reader can follow the procedure we used for the determination of the rate constants and activation energies in the papers

Data collection method:
The data was determined from 1H NMR spectroscopic measurements using the procedure determined in the paper. There are two excel files which contain the raw data for the determination of rate constants. We used a simple pseudo first order approach and plotted the natural log of concentration vs time and the gradient in the first order rate constant. We also plotted the natural log of k vs 1/T to give us the activation energy.
