Dataset for ''Tetrabutyl ammonium cation for moisture-resistant and semitransparent perovskite solar cells''
This dataset consists of spreadsheets containing JV curves, UV-Vis spectra and XRD patterns of halide perovskite based films and solar cells. The dataset contains also top-view AFM and SEM images of halide perovskite films and photos of contact angles and profilometer measurements of the surface. These data were taken between February 2017 and July 2017 and they have been used to support the results of the manuscript titled: ''Tetrabutyl ammonium cation for moisture-resistant and semitransparent perovskite solar cells''. The purpose was to collect the data necessary to show the fabrication of halide perovskite solar cells with good photovoltaic performance, higher moisture stability and better morphology than standard perovskite devices. All the data used to support the conclusion of the manuscript are included in the dataset.

Data collection method:
JV curves and Stability data were measured using a Keithley 2601A potentiostat under 1 sun intensity and AM 1.5. Devices were sweeped at 100 mV/sec from 1.2V to 0V. Data consist of excel spreadsheets with Voltage Vs current. SEM images were taken on a JEOL SEM 6480LV AFM images were taken on a Nanosurf easyscan 2 FlexAFM XRD patterns were measured using a Bruker Adv D8 x-ray diffractometer between 5 and 80 degrees. Data consist of excel spreadsheets with 2theta angle vs intensity peaks UV-Vis spectra were taken on a Perkin Elmer Lambda 750S spectrometer. Data consist of excel spreadsheet with lambda vs reflectance and transmittance intensity

All data have been collected at University of Bath in the Chemistry department and the Microscopy and Analysis Suite (MAS).
