These are the results of calculations based on the Stata/BE 17 data in this dataset moved into an Excel file. The methodology used to assemble the Uppsala Conflict Data Program Georeferenced Event Dataset (GED) can be found in Sundberg and Melander (2013). The timeline of operations by the UN and unilateral great powers has been explained and justified in the chapter associated with this dataset. The included do file shows the steps taken to derive this dataset.
Technical details and requirements:
The dataset was created with the Stata/BE 17 program, and it was exported to MS Excel for tables and further calculations. The do file can be opened with any text editor.
