Data set for "Effect of high-intensity interval training on cardiometabolic component risks in persons with paraplegia: Results of a randomized controlled trial"
This dataset provides the data collected for a trial investigating the effect of upper-body high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on cardiometabolic component risk factors in individuals with chronic spinal cord injury. The trial was a randomized controlled trial, with individuals assisted to either a 6-week HIIT intervention or control (CON) group. Measurements were taken at baseline and follow-up.
